Thank you to Megan for the wonderful care pack. While Megan is closed during the Covid19 period, I ordered one of her care packs. Full of epsom bath salts laced with divine essential oils, PLUS 2 amazing roller bottles. The roller bottles are equally beautiful with some of my favourite essential oils. Do yourself a favour - order some for yourself and they make a perfect gift for mothers day ! Highly recommended !!

I recently had a remedial massage with Megan. over the years I have had massages from a wide variety of practitioners however I can confidently say the treatment I received from Megan far exceeded my expectations. Megan took the time to clearly understand my requirements and proceeded to address these exactly as agreed. Megan’s technique was firm but always within my level of comfort. As a result I felt completely relaxed and confident in her ability and feel so much better already. Would I go again ... I have already booked my next session!

After a few months of Covid living, bad habits were creeping up on me so when Megan's Doable Detox program arrived, it was perfect timing. Megan promised "doable" and that's exactly what it was. We were provided with all the resources, recipes, tips and a private FB group to share our progress and how we were experiencing the program. I've kept the recipe booklet because it had so many yum ideas in it. The Doable Detox program got me back on track to eating properly again and back into exercise, two routines which had started to slip away. In particular, I have continued taking magnesium daily and that has really helped me manage pain and mobility issues caused by a chronic hip/back condition. If you have let healthy routines slip, I highly recommend Megan's courses - she is right there supporting all the way and always accessible to answer questions and provide advice! It felt like having my own, private therapist on tap!

Before the massage, Taka listened carefully as I answered his questions about pain points on my body. Then he skillfully found those points and used just the right amount of pressure to ease the tightness and tension. I felt so good after the massage, and slept soundly through the night - as I'd hoped. Taka is a highly skilled and compassionate massage therapist. Have gladly re-booked.
