NEVER ANSWER PHONE AND DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS

Their service is best that i could ever ask for

They never answer their phone, respond to emails and despite the chat bot saying they are online, that is also never answered. So basically it is impossible to contact them. I need to know if their eVisa is acceptable for Cruise Ship arrivals as their website doesn't say whether "visa on arrival" is valid for Sea Port entry. Hopeless..

Not sure why people write bad review on Cambodia embassy in Canberra, i drove all the way from Sydney to Canberra yesterday to get my K- Visa. nervous because of bad reviews on the net but turn out to be the best experience. spoke with the guy on the phone, he was so helpful and friendly. attended the embassy in Canberra yesterday 20th August, the guy who serve me spoke fluent English and Cambodia. he was the best customer service i seen in an embassy. they able to get my visa done after their lunch and i was able to drive back to Sydney. i have applied for various countries visas and they are not as friendly as Cambodian. in my opinion bad reviews on Cambodian embassy in Canberra reflect a person who may be demanding, a person with bad attitude who may provide lack of documents etc. that's why they may get their application rejected or lack of information provided to the embassy.

There is little need for non-Cambodians to use this embassy as Cambodia offers visas on arrival for both tourism and business purposes to nationals of most countries in the world including Australia. Some border crossings might try to overcharge you, so if you're already in Canberra, have never traveled to Cambodia before and worried about this you might make use of this embassy but otherwise you'll spend far more getting here than the US5-10 you might have to pay extra when arriving overland from Thailand or Vietnam. Visas issued here may also cost you more than the official US price so you're not really going to save any money at all.

Absolutely useless. Tried to validate drivers licence and basically charged money to do it via cheque and still they hand wrote the letter and details were wrong and basically seevice nsw would not accept it at all. Never use them if you dont have to as a useless bunch.

Well. Were to start. Dad died in Cambodia. And these muppets helped get travel partner home after he was suspected of murdering my dear dad. My dad was told the night before he was killed that he owed money for his friends hookers he was messing with. My dad refused. Next day dead. You didn't help me. You helped Denny Stephens get away with murder. I'm not finished yet with you mob
