I had a very pleasant experience with some documents I needed to be verified. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of the previous steps done electronically, saving time of us all, leaving only the necessary tasks to be performed in person. A quick chat with the Portuguese Ambassador showed a pleasant sympathetic person willing to make sure you get what you came for. Muito obrigado.

Based on my experience as a Philippine passport holder who is travelling to Portugal less than 1 month, I had the privilege to experience a very easy application process with Ana and Marina. They informed me with all the information and the supporting documents I needed before I needed to go to Canberra. The downfall is that, the embassy is located only in Canberra and I am from Melbourne. I really appreciated Ana's help via phone calls and many emails.
