very poor quality here this company, not fully inform patient to aware of danger of MRI scan machine. after got MRI scan , after 24 hour i developed ringing in ear call Tinnitus. After went to dr and been told ear canal been damaged by loud noise exposure. if i could give 0 then i will give for this company

They do not answer the phone, I waited 1 hour and then I gave up. The option to be called by their team is just a lie, they didn't call back. At the end I had to call another radiology place

I am happy with people who assisted me start from the reception area then scan and again to the reception. Receptionist pooja welcomed with a gentle smile and unfortunately my phone was out of charge. She guided me the bus stops and numbers by the moment I am out of the scan. The entire team was very friendly. Thank you to I-Med Radialogy Deakin center and this center deserves all 5 out 5. I will visit them once again if needed. I am unhappy with the tuggeranong center though.
