Saw a caseworker who said I couldn’t quote or reference his advice because he has nothing to do with the university (due it being independent). Made me question the quality of their advice. A lookup on the university site also shows there is someone with the same name who works in administration and customer experience which is slightly suspicious. Have also had correspondences that were passed on then disappeared while I ended up receiving someone else’s correspondences. What little advice I did obtain turned out to be of no use or incorrect altogether.

Very disappointing !!! If you have chance go somewhere else, do not waste your time in such worst “ Free legal service” place in sydney uni. unhappy because the woman named An Li was NOT as good as you hoped or expected.
