What a great experience (albeit the circumstances of the visit)! Thanks all involved for the prompt & friendly service, and for being so communicative during every step of the way. Whoever the manager of this ER is, they should be super proud of their team.

Wait times can be extremely long, most staff have been generally nice but a nurse who I had met twice there let out a patient I was seeing who had suicidal tendencies and an intent to harm her partner. The same nurse also made the comment of mental health patients being a waste of the hospital’s time and resources. I use to have a lot of praise for this hospital but that experience alone has dirtied my opinion, SV’s is no longer a recommended hospital from my end :(

After coming in as an emergency referral from GP without a definitive diagnosis, I went from being checked in, made to feel comfortable with pain relief, surgeon referral, successful diagnosis and scheduled surgery all within 21hrs. Now recovering in my own room, with nursing students so eager to learn with keen support by their sides! I’ve had not the best experiences with hospitals, (this one included) but I can’t be more thankful for the speediness in which my condition was dealt with! Thanks again!

I would personally like to thank Dr Giles Flick for contacting Sydney Eye and Hand Hospital for me on 12/4/2020. St Vincent's had referred my care to them months before and I was still waiting for surgery. My arm had deteriorated something terrible and I was at risk of amputation. He stressed to them how urgent it was and thankfully a few weeks later I was having the surgeries needed. They were able to save my arm but I have suffered significant damage to my hand. At the end of the day I just want to thank Dr Flick for going to bat for me. I will be eternally grateful. Victoria Trist.

I was treated for a nasty head wound Wednesday night Oct 21 between about 10 pm to 5 am. I can't say enough wonderful things about all the staff who dealt with me. Every single person was caring and kind and professional. It made a profound impression on me. What fantastic and wonderful people you all are - thank you so much!

I was admitted into A&E due to a motorcycle accident and the staff of St Vincent's were amazing. Each and every person was amazing wether it was Henry who sorted me out with food and coffee or my fantasic nurses and doctors (day & night). The staff of St Vincent's deserve more praise for the hard work they put in! Thank you

Good staff and atmosphere. The whole place feels old though and needs a refurbish
