I wish I could give 0 star rating or even less if possible. I had booked the RSA course with this institute and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare for me. I was late by few minutes and the guy sitting in "SHORTS" at the reception was very rude and highly unprofessional and wasn't even letting me in to the institute. I then asked for the manager to complain about him and it turned out to be a bigger disappointment. She turned out to be the director of the institute and the wife of the rude and abusive reception guy. Looks like it is run by a family and none of them is qualified. When I was talking to the lady, this guy suddenly got very aggressive towards me and then the lady who unfortunately happens to be the director asked him to fetch a "double shot" cappuccino from the cafe next door. Anyway, I paid 150 for the class and they were asking me to reschedule the class and pay another 20 to reschedule it. I CHOSE to cancel the course and take a refund of 50 and lose 100 than to go to that institute again. My issue is not that they didn't let me sit for the class but the way they treated me with disrespect and that is why I was happy to cancel the course then to reschedule it and go through the same experience again. So if anyone is thinking of doing a course from this institute, think again.

I had really great time getting my RSA done from Edway. The trainer Mark Almond was really amazing. He made everything so fun filled and interesting sharing his experiences and incidents that we might come up to as well. 6 hours felt like 2 hours. Had really great experience.
Mark almond is the really amazing and best trainer for RSA in Sydney CBD he makes us fun and never feel bored during training sessions from my side I would recommend edway is the best place where you can get your RSA training

Very good service, very clean for these COVID times. The courses (RSA/RCG) were very insightful and easy to follow. Instructors were very informed and kind.
A one day course on what can be a dull subject. Made enjoyable by the trainer who kept the energy up and delivered the details well. Thanks Ange
