Doctors there are great. However reception staff are either too busy talking to people on phone enquiries or other staff to assist sometimes is frustrating. This will be the last time I attend this place waited 1 hr to be seen took a phone call downstairs didn't want to be rude so my place in the line was forfeited. Had 2 junkies placed in front of me & God knows how many others.. Lift your game. I had to score 1 star because it won't let you rate a 0 Don't waste your time here

Absolutely disgusting & uncaring service. Rang ahead to ensure they would take walk ins for my sick daughter. I spoke to reception guy twice to follow up then was told Dr would only see me if they have time in between appointments. I walked out with daughter after waiting over 2 hours without getting to see a Dr. I don’t not recommend this practice simply due to their complete lack of care or compassion during people’s times of need.

The receptionists are amazing!! Fast paced at this medical centre! Wouldnt be easy! Such a great experience always. Doctors, nurses, pathology and radiology have all been very helpful! Given how busy this place gets 100% reccomend! Not so bad if you have to wait! Can get a great coffee at chapters down the road if you do have to wait - Keep it up! Not easy during these times

I was really hesitant to go here based on the reviews but convenience won out, and it was a great experience. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, patient. The practice has obviously improved and I'm so glad it has.

Very abrupt, unhelpful staff No Doctors or appointments available, only walk ins up to 4pm (if a Doctor had any spare time) so no guarantee. Walked out as no use!

The medical center should be open till 10pm. Got here last night at 9:25 and it was shut. Got back today waited for more than one hour. I’m sure the dr called my name and someone got in and didn’t get out so I thought it was right. After one hour and half went to check with the receptionist and my name wasn’t even there bc the dr didn’t check the lady’s name and she used mine. Never again!

Ive been going to this centre for 18 years and Dr Rena is an AMAZING compassionate General Medical Practitioner and this is proven by the many patients she has waiting for her. Though the waiting times are tiresome 1 to 2 hours sometimes. But worth it to see her. Dr Kumar is your no nonsense GP but a very knowledgeable practitioner. The Reception Staff the older ones are fantastic namely a sassy short white haired White Australian mature woman. But some of the younger RS & ethnic RS just dont have ANY idea about customer service and common sense dont know if its cultural (Im doing YOU a favour) attitude or their just millennials or younger (God Forbid). BUT ALL ARE VERY POLITE!

The absolute worst - if you can go anywhere else, you really should. You always wait for hours, no one ever calls you if you have a phone consultation and when you finally do get the chance to speak to someone they are always in a rush and will not let you finish your sentences or answer your questions. Such a nightmare!
