We booked for 10 people and the marketing team said that they provided us with a big table on the terrace. When we arrived, the booking was not made. There was a miss communication between the waiters and the management. We sat down inside and we requested the AC to be on. They turned on the AC for 5 min and then they turned it off again. All in all, the experience was not the best but the food was outstanding. We had ribs, burgers, and seafood. Nicely cooked and well served.

The food and view are nice. Sadly the loud music isn't enough to cover a small group of (5) really loud Uni students all the way across the balcony, not to mention the amount of swear words they used. For the price you pay, you do expect to able to enjoy your food or hearing someone on your own table. I do wish the staff will step in. However, my wish is way boyned hope since not a single staff ask me how we are for the whole 2 hours i was there including when we are paying the bill. I am not likely coming back to a place that's so poorly run. Visited Sunday 17 Jan 2021 between 4pm to 6pm.

Nice place, nice view. Food quality is very high, perfect taste and good choice. Staff was a bit too busy, but nothing too complain.

Booked here for Valentine Special, there was no gift at arrival as they mentioned while booking. cocktails were amazing. Food was good. Will prefer management to put Water, salt and pepper if not at least they can ask at least.

Food was decent, service beyond terrible. Upon arrival, ignored for 10 minutes, finally grabbed someones attention, he just walked off to a table, saying nothing to us, not even "follow me to your table" we sat for another 15 minutes at the table , the guy came over saying nothing standing at our table for 30 seconds before we decided to tell him what we wanted, not being asked a simple thing like "what can I get for you today" we ate and got up to leave, being ignored for another time before being told the price of our meal, again a simple thing like " how was your meal?" Could've been asked. Oh did I mention we came here for my partners 21st lunch . Will never be back, the service was just pathetic, my partner and I both work in hospitality, and we both agree that the man whose name was sanhouh or something like that wouldn't last a day with us. Very poor service and if I was the owner I would definitely be looking at my staff more closely
