Been going to this Chemist for a long time now, since before they were taken over by Blooms. Excellent customer service - never had a problem there. The staff are great and friendly.

I have had so many issues with this chemist I will not be getting my scripts from here any more. Customer service is pathetic and staff seem angry or indifferent to you. If my doctor faxes scripts over they never seem to get the fax I have to go down in person and manually deliver scripts. Also I am on multiple medications and I have some scripts on the same one which has multiple pages and they only give me the script that was on the front page and can not be bothered to look at both pages. Now I have to go to another chemist with no blood pressure medication and I could potentially stroke out. I have tried so hard with these people but the medication stuff up was the last straw. Also when I gave the lady my script with two scripts in the one I specifically said can I please get both medications and I still only got one.
I go there frequently 1-2 a week at dapto and the staff dont really acknowlege you as a regular customer however there is a pharmacist ( normally doing scripts )with dark short hair male and he gives good customer servcie
Disgusting service - waited 45 minutes on script to be filled for a client to be told the script is out of date. So Blooms wasted 45 minutes of a persons time that could of been better spent caring for the client. Isn't it the initial point of contact to check the script can be filled before wasting the time off people in the community you service and make a huge profit from? Will be encouraging client to change to priceline chemist. Inconsiderate is a understatement!!!!!
One of the employees looked way to young to work there, I sat at the counter for 20 minutes whilst the employee serving was to busy having a chat to one of their friends.
