Had a wonderful experience today at Russo Optometry. They were very professional and customer focused. The store was clean and well organised, with a lovely and wide selection of frames to choose from. Special mention must go out to Rose who looked after me. She epitomises customer service and customer satisfaction. Good humoured and caring, professional and courteous. Really a superb example of a special and amazing employee who adds VALUE to a business. Thank you, Rose.

I bring my daugther since she have 7years old now she is 15 and we r very happy with Russo and only we miss same people for all team but the new is very good special Luke. Veronique and same more sorry im no remember the name but very hospitaly all Than you every one front there .

The optometrist Are fantastic. Staff very friendly the younger staff need more experience but that's a given. They did pick out a great frame for me older staff that is, as for fitting it was Palms off to the younger staff there not very useful more attention needs to be in fitting adjusting shaping to the users face. That would be my only complaints. Prices look very competitive in my limited experience. Much better than OPSM.
Norm has been my optometrist for 20 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else! He is warm and cheerful, and always has an interesting story to tell - you leave feeling uplifted. Not only that, he has years of knowledge and experience, not to mention the most up-to-date equipment. His staff are friendly and make the whole visit a positive experience! Thank you
