Trent from Spa World Dandenong was an Absolute Superstar/Life saver who helped us/guided us through making the decision of purchasing a Vortex Nitro Avente. One of the best Spas on the market with all the bells and whistles namely - Steel Jets, LED Lighting, UV Cleaning, Wifi Enabled, Aroma therapy, Hydro therapy, Wine cooler, Anti slip Drink Holders, Water feature, Laminar Jets for this awesome fountain like feel with the water shooting out, Captain seat to massage your legs, back and neck, Dual heating and cooling, Auto clean, foldable cover. I didn't think we would ever have a day without the Spa and regret not making this purchase alot earlier. Looking forward to the many year's of relaxation, Hydro therapy , calm and peace with this super multi function Spa Beast! If your after a Spa for relieving your muscle pain, back pain, neck pain, anxiety levels or just plain fun and relaxation then look no further. Go in and have a look at the wide range of Spas on offer and you will not be disappointed. We received the Spa in under 2 months even with the COVID Delays and from start to finish it was the most pleasant experience we have ever received. Bought the spa for 14,500 and later found out that it came with damaged hole and was fixed quickly with silicone. Responsibility was not taken for this and still waiting on a response after making a formal complaint and providing evidence as requested by them.
We purchased a spa during COVID19 time and we could not be happier with the product and service we received. The Showroom was set up perfectly to purchase, we were able to see our spa selection filled with water and in a darkened space for full effect. The delivery was only 2 weeks and Staff(we were helped by Craig) very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to phone calls and emails. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love my new Vortex Aquagym Swim Spa! The staff at Dandenong were fantastic and really impressed us with their knowledge and understanding of our needs. They helped us at every opportunity including the installation, obtaining the permit and they even sent someone to come show us all the cool features when we were up and running at no extra cost. Highly recommend!!!
