Absolute joke. Cars lined everywhere, no parking, people yelling, at least 60 people sitting on the floor waiting to get in. Most people only wanting one or two items max and only 2 staff members working. Pick up your game, you have the demand, work out how to execute good customer service and supply. Never again

Two hours in the queue - very poor management! There should be no bookings! Everyone should just fall in line and first come first served, to be fair to all. When I finally got inside though, the lady at the counter was so lovely!

The longest waiting time I have spent in the Australia to buy my daughter uniform ,nearly two and half hour’s....if I have option,I wouldn’t go back again this store ...

awful. stood in line for almost 3 and a half hours, screaming kids everywhere, ran into me a couple times, not very good management. the maximum allowed inside was 10 yet they let in 2 people at a time, and once we were inside we had to wait another 30 minutes just to get served. there was at least 5 workers there but it took half an hour to get served while they were just standing around talking to eachother??? terrible customer service, although once we were served the employees seem to be nice, but never apologised about the wait or anything. all i had to pick up was a dress, i seriously recommend you teach your staff how to do their job properly. and you know this is bad because i’ve never made a bad review, until now.

Wrong address on Google search. Nightmare queue on Saturday. Ordered online and picked up 20mins later. Phone number doesn't work. Business owners doesn't care about customer service as its monopoly business for that area. Customer will go there anyway..my son year 1 short price 30 aud was a rip off. I can get them in 15 aud from any other store. School uniforms are rip off business..at the end parents has to pay whatever price they ask for. No justification of such a high price.
