I would like to publicly declare that Mary from PSSA is my hero! We were told news by our builders today that we were not going to have any sewage/water until Jan 14 and WE MOVE INTO OUR HOUSE TOMORROW. With 3 little kids, being pregnant and everything booked for the move, you can imagine my complete stress at having to sort out not potentially delaying all moving but finding a home for our family with one day notice. Nightmare. BUT I called PSSA and got through to Mary - one the nicest, kindest, most empathetic and compassionate people out there - and she sorted things out, rearranging other people’s schedules to make this happen for us by tomorrow. I cannot express my gratitude enough and I am so relieved and comforted to know that there are everyday hero’s like Mary out there who can look after a family in a crises. Our 1acre plus property in Donvale, Victoria has just been readied for connection to the Yarra Valley sewarge system which is due to pass our house in a few months The teams at PSSA (underground drilling, excavation for pressure tank, connecting piping ready for sewer linkup etc.etc) displayed an efficiency and competence worthy of my complete recommendation. Each of the teams were punctual, polite, highly efficient and a delight to work with, My job was a little difficult due to the large array of underground service pipes (gas, water, electricity etc ) distributed subterraneously in the designated pressure tank installation area, however the PSSA boys located, marked and dug around these pipes with extreme care...not one was severed. On completion of their work, the area surrounding the newly installed pressure tank was then thoroughly cleaned up. I can confidently recommend the PSSA teams to anyone requiring a 1st class pressure sewer installation.
