Call them before online ordering because most probably they will take the online order and ofcourse advance payment but later send an email that product is out of stock. It happened with me and there are many companies that are doing the same.

Just Fine Food

We used to comparison shop between DCE and Nisbets, after all, some things are cheaper at one than the other and vice versa, however, the difference is when something goes wrong. At Nisbets, they fix the problem without any hassles, and I can spend my time running my business. At DCE, they are only interested in separating customers from their cash as quickly as possible. Nowadays I do 100% of my buying from Nisbets.

The worst experience ever. Please don't buy from here. They look bit cheaper then most suppliers around. However u will need to compromise with service they provide & some products they offer. I purchased a cheese shreder & wanting to return it brand new as it wasn't the right product for my business. They made me wait for three weeks before they said their supplier wouldn't take it back after 7days of selling the item. This is all for few hundred dollars. They have no sense of retaining a customer. I was planning to buy few more things through them, but they have lost me forever. I have been in hospitality industry for long long time.. & have few outlets to manage. They have lost only one customer, who does not mean much anyway to them. Don't waste to time to waste Ur hard earned money. There are many suppliers who care about they customers. Thank you
