Adrian, the store manager is just superb when it comes to providing excellent customer service. Is hard to find people like him in retail, Autobarn is indeed lucky to have him managing the store. I'm terrible when it comes to simple things like changing globes for headlights in cars and he did it professionally and provided excellent advice on what products I can buy to manage the light scratches on my partner's car. Adrian, hope the company looks after you. Thanks mate!

I ordered an auto accessory here, and told me that I can receive the goods within two weeks at the time. If I pay the installation fee, I can be responsible for the installation, and then I paid the installation fee. I didn't get the goods after two weeks. I went there once a week and I couldn't get the goods. It took about seven weeks to get the goods. The salesperson refused to admit that I paid the installation fee because she put the installation fee and the price of the goods together, and did not separate them separately. They did not recognize everything they did at the time, nor did they recognize our dialogue at the time. This is a very untrustworthy store.
Worse customer service ever! I had an item brought within the 14 days refund period and I was still refused the refund even though the item was not used. I will be calling head office tomorrow to make a formal complaint about the lady who served me. Short hair blonde with dyed hair colour. Didn't catch her name as she wasn't wearing a name tag. Don't bother buying anything as they don't even know their own refund policy.
Very disappointing. Went to return the item explaining i dont have the receipt and they wouldn't give me any refund or exchange voucher. Very rude Not recommended ever.
