Don’t visit Dandenong Plaza often but did so today. Went in, asked for the keys to be cut and had my new set with 5 minutes. Top notch service.
Sales Employee (AJIT) has done a fabulous job on my watch. He handled the watch with most professional quality, and was careful with my Rado Watch. He did the watch in a quick response time. - AJ

My family and I always go to Mister Minit in Dandenong for watch repairs, key cuttings, garage door key help etc and never have any issues. The team are always very friendly, approachable and helpful so I don’t see how they have so many bad reviews on here. Today I was helped by Floyd who was more than helpful with my request and sorted out my issue straight away. It’s this type of service that keeps a customer. I’ll always come back here for all my needs as I know they are reliable and reasonably priced. Keep up the good work!
