Abhorrent customer service, I tried my best to figure out an exchange and tried on numerous pairs to no satisfaction, after I had a major issue with some shoes I bought. They vehemently denied me a refund, but it's been a week since I was promised a resolution and I've heard nothing from them. The guy who served me was as helpful as he could be but sadly his hands were tied by the AWFUL management.
