We were quiet disappointed with the cleaning service that was provided by one of the cleaners from Ivory Cleaning Service. His communication skills wasn’t the greatest and I think had no experience within home cleaning. I had to tell him a few times that he had not cleaned properly and still left areas dirty. After a few attempts we had had enough and once he left had to finish the areas and also go over areas where he had missed. The company refunded 40 back 1 hour service for the inconvenience. Unfortunately I won’t be using their services again.
