Very nice, well maintained premises. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, Rochelle in particular went out of her way to help me. First visit for me (I usually see my Neurologist closer to home) but on first impressions I can't fault the place. Treatment wise, my Neurologist Dr Ravi Subramanya has looked after me brilliantly for many many years.
Was given no diagnosis for my ADHD, no diagnosis period. Yet was prescribed antidepressants.
Doreen is amazing! (All the people i saw were great) She went out of her way to get my external appointments booked urgently. Im sure i was a pain with all my phone calls but she made it seem that nothing was two much trouble. I would recomend this place (hopefully u don't need it , though) to all... even if its just to experience th "Doreen" factor Thanks guys for your help in making it 'll easier for me.
The admin staff was kind and attentive When I asked a question or was unclear about something, they patiently and in a friendly manner explained what I needed to know. I saw Dr. Mahi Jasinarachchi for my neurology test and I can honestly say that rarely I’ve met a professional as friendly, kind, helpful and warm as Dr. Mahi. What a beautiful person. Very friendly staff and helpful, I accompanied a friend who needed a neurologist, she did not have her updated referral Robena made sure that our visit was not wasted, she went out of her way at a busy time to arrange the referal and other test result from radiology and other paper work needed and made us feel comfortable through out our time at the practice. Highly recommend the practice for their professional approach.
