Worse customer service and extremely rude manager! Think twice before you buy at the Eastland store! Came across the Eastland store for some art supplies. As I am new to painting, not quite sure which painting paper to use so asked for suggestion. Got home and did more research and realised that it wasn’t the right one. Came back to do the exchange and planned to buy more art supplies. The manager just screamed out “no refund or exchange” and straight up EDUCATED me that “you should what you need! We do not offer any assistance”. What a joke ! I was never told that there’s no exchange or refund when I bought them and there wasn’t any sign at all. Will get ACCC to look into this. The store needs to understand that by law it’s the consumer’s right to exchange product especially when it comes to the wrong recommendation. Will ever come back to the store ? Rather paying more to get the customer service I deserve. Wish I can give zero star!

they have a lot of things to buy and very cheap prices. I recently bought a fidget spinner from the store for 12, it was a metal, 3-pointed rainbow spinner. I am very happy with the service.
