If you feel hesitant when it comes to needles and blood tests, Pooja is the person to see. She ensured it was a fast and safe procedure, and was excellent with her patient interaction. Pooja went above and beyond to ensure I was fit to leave, even walking me to the car park and seeing me out. Thank you for empathising with my fear of needles and taking care of me Pooja!

Very short of staff. Long waiting time.
under the current situation with coronavirus I rang on behalf of my mum who has chronic issues and is 80 years old to have her Bowel testing kit to be posted to her .. She recently had blood tests done and her GP requires further test as Bowel test pathology refuse to simply post out a Bowel cancer kit to mum's home as I explained I live out of town 3 hrs away...Rosey in charge simply said no refusing to understand my situation i even offered to charge us for the postage fee and still no ....
The new Indian staff is very bad, they don't have manners to behave with the customers, forget the customer services
