I moved in here with my partner and best friend a little over a year ago. And the on-site managers are both so helpful and kind. Carmen and Rick, do a lot to uphold the cleanliness of the entire complex. Such a shame that there have been bad reviews. It’s definitely a situation of you treat people how you want to be treated.

I've been living in this property for about a year and a half now and the on-site managers have just recently changed. Vlad and Tamarra we're fantastic, they w were very lovely and accommodating, very friendly. The new on-site manages just taken over Carmen and Keith are just as lovely, friendly and accommodating. Willing to help you with any little issue that you may have. I have noticed a few reviews here describing the on site management team with negative words and describing negative experience's. I would just like to say, that people treat you the way you treat them. Just because they are ON SITE, this does not mean they are at your beck and call, are butler's, pet or parcel minders. When I first moved in, Tamarra went out of her way to get me in as soon as possible as I was in a hurry to move and she pushed through my application within 1 wk and within a week and a half I was living at the complex. The reason being that they are so strict about the number of tenants in the townhouses is due to the car parking situation and their tireless efforts in keeping the complex as nice, clean, uncluttered and as safe as possible. A lot of the resident's at Vidorra are families with young children, and if there are cars parked where ever and every where, it creates a very dangerous location, not only for the children but also for the many many pets that are being walked daily through the complex, and out into the street to the many close-by parks & sporting fields. Also it is necessary for garbage trucks to access wheelie bins, removal trucks need access and space, sometimes it's just best to say NO upfront rather than to have problems in the future.

Attended an inspection of this property today. Was met by a female manager of the property, who took one look at my mother, myself and two children and specially said "how many of you are there?" And she was acting very rude and abrupt to us both. We told her 4 adults and 2 children, and she said "I can't help you." I told her we were looking for a 4 bedroom unit. And she said we only have two car garages. And I said "that's good because we only have 1 car." I am disgusted that she turned her nose up at me and my mother. Little does she know that 4 adults income of well over 200,000 Little does she know also that my mother and I are both in the Public Service, and my father and brother are both in the mining industry and my oldest son goes to a private school. And on top of this, my parents OWN a rental property in north Qld, of which they are landlords. My mother and I, and my two children were dressed well when we attended and my children were very well behaved. The man on site showed us through the property and was absolutely lovely to deal with. The gardens and units are maintained beautifully on the inside and out. It was such a shame to have to deal with this woman, and we will not be pursuing this property.
It's fine, just not my style
We moved into Vidorra a over 6 months ago and it has been one of the best decisions we made. Our unit is fitted out with quality fixings and appliances and really makes us feel like we wake up in a 5 star resort room each day. The onsite managers are friendly and welcoming and happy to help all the time. Vidorra is different to your normal complex as all the other tenants we have met are friendly and make us feel like we are part of an awesome little community.
We applied for a specific town house and were knocked back. This alone is not anything to complain about, however I also tried to enquire about other houses that were available and was not replied to. I then followed up with a phone call and, before being able to explain why I was calling, I was hung up on. The comment before this was that no feedback is given, which was not even the reason I was calling. This is a terrible display of customer service and I would advise people to steer clear of a real estate that is unwilling to even have a phone conversation with a prospective tenant. EDIT: After writing this review I received an email back from one of the property managers informing me that my name was being passed onto over 400 property managers.
My partner and I saw the property online and decided to go have a look. We called and spoke to management and arranged a viewing that same day. When we arrived we were met be the property manager who was very warm and friendly. She gave us her uninterrupted attention and made us feel very welcome. She drove us in her golf cart to look at all the different floor plans. From unit to unit we went, we must have looked a 6 different designs and let me tell you, they are very well presented, clean and spacious. Air conditioning, Gas cooking and NBN broadband what more could you want for a great price. These units are a hidden gem in this up and coming area. Close to schools, train station and North Lakes shopping precinct just 5 mins away by car. Vidorra has ticked all out boxes inside and out and with a management team that truly cares about the property, you can't go wrong. You can see once driving through the security gates the eye for detail and pride taken in the housekeeping of this estate. Highly recommended.
