Always have issues with this place, terrible to deal with. Pool guys aren't bad, it is the admin people I have the issue with. Send confirmation messages out on a Sunday for a Monday pool clean appointment, yet when my husband or I phone on the Sunday to cancel they are closed, how convenient. Send your confirmation message out 48 hours prior in order for us to reschedule if required so it doesn't pose to be the big issue you continaully make it. Time and time again we have asked to change to different days, we are business owners ourselves and work full time, therefore we are not here to work around your schedule despite what you think. Do I recommend this place? No I don't. I would absolutely take my business elsewhere if our landlord allowed.

Great staff, super helpful and knowledgeable on everything swimming pool related. We bought a house with a pool last year and were clueless on how to maintain it, we have had various issues due to old equipment. The service and honest advice from Swimart Currimundi has been fantastic. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Recent problem with my Pool Pump. Technician diagnosed problem and explained how to dismantle the pump and bring the part in for repair. Within 2 days the work was done and part ready to pickup. I had some difficulty re-installing the pump, but was ably assisted over the phone. When things still weren't going, a Technician came to my house and got things going. Very impressed with knowledge of staff and level of service. Well done !
