Small gym, good trainers, bit pricey. Small gym but doesn't lack in much equipment. Does get really hot and stuffy in there. The one on one training is good if that's how you want to train but other then offering groups that's the only way you can train here.
I cannot rate fitness success high enough. Each and everyone of the trainers knows you by name. They know where your fitness is at and always ask about injuries and adjust exercises to suit your needs. Their personal training and group sessions are fantastic. Very friendly gym.
Fabulous studio to train at. The trainers cater for people of all ages and abilities and tailor a program specifically for you to achieve your goals. There are small group classes as well as one on one sessions. Highly recommend.
I have been a client of Fitness Success for approximately 11 years . During this time I have had all my goals achieved by the staff and my strength and fitness has improved dramatically. The environment is a very friendly atmosphere where because it is smaller you get to know all the trainers and a lot of the clients who go there . I have been able to get some good friends amongst them . Fitness Success caters fro all types from never trained to professional athletes and all staff correct techniques to avoid possible unnecessary stress on the body . They do excellent work in the rehab area as well . I cannot rate them high enough if you are after trainers that care and a great environment. Harry Smith

A genuinely comfortable studio to train in! Supportive and fun, and training is specific to your goals. Trainers all work together to help you, and even if you don't train with a particular trainer, they all know your name and they all say hello when you walk in! Very professional and trainers all have plenty of experience!
