This is a dodgy business runs by Indians! They are using the petrol station as their business location, I booked at Croydon but they will tell you that your booking is in Enfield BP petrol station, then they will tell you that the car is no longer available and you have to wait for an hour, then another indian guy will call you to let you know that because you didn’t take the car (which is not available) they will charge you booking fee. If this happens to you please report them to fair trading! And they told me that I booked at parramatta which is too far from Ashfield.

Very worst customer service. When we went to take the vehicle we had booked earlier, the staff there told us that there are no vehicles available and was mistake of their staff. But she didn't even apologized. The rating would be in minus for the service.

It was a worst experience on hiring a ute I hired a UTE week before I needed and when I been there, they said they did not had a UTE available since last couple of week and a lady did not even apologise for what they did. It was a worst customer service and lady at the counter was very rude and didn’t had a manner to speak with the customer. I really recommend people not to choose this car rental service

Very worst customer service. Lady staff this morning was so rude. She doesn’t have any manners. I seriously don’t want to recommend anyone here. We book a ute some days ago now she is saying we don’t know who booked it but we don’t any ute from a week. And they took our credit card details as well asking for 20 deposit. Even she didn’t bother to say sorry/apologise..it really sucks.!!!
