I have been coming to this place for a while for tennis lessons, and my experience was good especially with the coach Tomas, until my son attended the vacation care. Today, I went to pick him up early so that I can get to pick up my other child from another camp on time. I was in the line to pick up my child but people started to cut the line and all of a sudden I was at the back and I would not be on time for my other kid. The lady at the pick up (I think she is the owner) was EXTREMELY RUDE when I told her that I need to get my son so that I can pick up my other child on time. She was unprofessional, rude, and hostile.

We had a booking from 6 to 8pm. We got there 15 mins earlier, and no one was using the court (light was OFF as well). So we started to warm up, but received a text message saying that we started to play from 5 : 30 pm, so our booking will be finished at 7 :30. I checked my gps to find out the time we got to the court, and it said we got to the court at 5:45 pm, not 5:30. So I called them and asked about this very kindly (I was not angry at all at this stage) but the staff was so aggressive, and keep insisting that we started from 5:30. She later changed her word, and our booking was extended to 7:40. So I paid for extra 30 mins to finish at 8:10. HOWEVER, the light went off at 8:00, and I had to call them again to ask about this. They turned it back on with no apology.

Visited this court as it was one of the few that was open. Played with a member and visited 2-3 times a week. The facilities were average, the courts reasonably maintained, but overpriced. This was tolerable and certainly playable. However, the customer service left much to be desired. The owner/operator was frequently passive aggressive, robotically inflexible and generally lacked any sense of how to treat a customer, lacking a smile or any amount of friendliness and amicability. While acknowledging this is a stressful time for all, it is not an excuse for being made to feel rather unwelcome, save for my money. Thankfully, other courts have started to open once more and I shall return to play at a centre where customer service is more highly prioritised. Nonetheless, appreciative of this centre staying open and allowing us to continue to enjoy playing tennis.

Croydon tennis center is a great facility that’s offers lessons and training in different sports such as tennis, swimming and other sports, the best thing about it is that if you want to learn a new skill/sport, no matter what is your level or age the facility and instructors will guide you to reach your goals.

I’ve been bringing my kids to Croydon Tennis Centre for private swimming lessons for over 3 years. They have always had exceptional customer service, are extremely professional and very personable. The teachers have a genuine care for improving our children’s swimming skills and are also very, very patient. My youngest had a terrible fear of the water and it used to make our family holidays an absolute nightmare. Thanks to Sam and her wonderful team of teachers, we now can’t get our son out of the water and we love going on holidays! We had previously attended other swimming centres but they did not have the same level of care as they do at Croydon Tennis Centre. We love the privacy of a small pool as it feels as though you are in your own home. If you prefer a warm, personable and caring environment to learn how to swim, we couldn’t recommend anyone better.

Croydon Tennis Centre has an excellent range of tennis coaches that cater for all levels of learning tennis. I have been loving my lessons for 7 years now and will continue to attend them. I would recommend this club for anyone who is keen to learn tennis, regardless of how good you are. :)

Worst ever customer service as well as cleanliness of pool water. My wife had booked one o one swimming classes and had change it to other day due being sick but because to their mistake they booked on day they have pool maintenance and on the day she had this rebooked class they called her said oh sorry your class is cancelled due to pool maintenance they are sorry because they forgot all about it and we will have to book it in another term as this was last week of the term and no classes are available for this week so call us in next term. But when we called in to book it another term they said you have already finished your classes you don’t have any classes so my wife explained the whole story so they said they will investigate and come back to her but when they came back to us by emailing that nothing this sort of happened so my wife called and they were so rude over the phone and my wife trying to explain the situation which they never wanted to hear they disconnected the phone purposely twice by rudely saying it that they disconnected it. Hopefully would have never deal with this kind of people again
