Deserve NO star! Tried to call in (on 8th Feb 2021) to cancel an appointment, the Indian accent woman answered the phone was so rude! Impolite! Impatient! She shouldn't have a job for the public/community, She should go home and be the queen of her own family. Disgusting attitude!

I spent some of darkest days of my working life at this place while I was under investigation. 8 months and 3 days to be precise. It wasn't nice coming here for that duration not knowing what the future was going to hold for me as I was given the silent treatment by management. Every day I attended Croydon I was thinking "Could this be my last day". It was very stressful having all that uncertainty, especially when you are expected to smile and pretend like nothing is going on. The only thing I gained out of the experience was I learned that despite everyone's best efforts they did not break me and I believe I am stronger for that.
My son was released from Concord Mental health more than 2 weeks ago. Today on the 03/09/15 his counsellor from Croydon Health Centre rung me and gave him an appointment to see a Doctor for the 13/10/15. Really? That's over 7 week after being released from Concord Mental health, I wouldn't give this mod a gold fish to take care of! I'm his carer.
Would be nice if they answered the phone...
