Best ever customer experience. 17 April 2021 : This is my first visit to camera house Croydon and ... I'm fully impressed. Lots of stock, very good variety to choose from, and had even the convertor rode jack which is rare to find in a store. When I visited, Lucy is the person who made this experience top notch. What impressed me so much? -Lucy answered all my questions about the gorillapod I bought. -She didn't drive my opinion, instead explained other options in tripod from the same brand. -She even helped to search for a specific camera strap I am after. I've never met a sales person who is so nice. Will come again, though I live a bit far away.

I only went in to Camera House in Croydon briefly to get what I was after but I was very quickly and politely greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. The staff member took me to where the product was in the store, had great knowledge of the product and answered all my questions with no issues. I certainly wouldn't hesitate and look forward to returning for anything else I need to purchase in the future.
