Pretty awesome Americana burger (but the John Candy Combo looked interesting too). The deep fried batter stuff was crispy and not greasy at all. Dangerous stuff really. Revisit: notice the food is pretty salty this time around.

I really didn’t want to like this Restaurant. The menu looks like it might be greasy and it is way too close to my house to have good bar food in dangerous range. My friend calls it good hangover food. However after going there I must admit that I really liked it. The Poutine was super salty but delicious at the same time. It went very well with their draft beer. The chili dog was everything you expect. The kids burger Is the same size as the adults so it was plenty of food for a growing 10-year-old. I had the fish tacos and they were very good. My only comment is the tortilla was a bit dry but the fish was perfectly battered, the coleslaw was yummy, and the spicy sauce was great. It has a boisterous atmosphere so I don’t plan on an intimate quiet dinner. It has a great projection TV and if you sit upstairs you can have wings, beer and watch the game. It would be very fun to go with a bunch of friends, have finger food and have lots of beers. There is a loft area that can be used for functions or larger reservations. The loft area even has its own bar.

Top-tier Poutine and Fish Tacos. Burgers are fairly solid too

Hot wings were good, corn good. But you gotta be kidding me with the onion rings. 4 of em in a takeaway box. Only realised when I got home

Overall, it was ok but I don't think I'd come back again. Service: The service is slow, so don't come if you're hungry or in a rush. They appear to be very disorganised. We came for an early dinner (around 4pm) so the place was quite empty. We ordered 6 burgers and a couple of sides (munchies). Unfortunately everything arrived minus 2 burgers (they seemed to have forgotten about them even though the waitress double checked the order). 2 of our party of 6 had to wait for them to cook the forgotten burgers. Everyone was finished theirs by the time they finally arrived with the forgotten burgers. The waitress was apologetic but blamed being busy for the mistake. Food: Here's where our party of 6 was divided. 4 of us weren't impressed with the burgers (chicken kahuna, make Americana great again, junior burger, and John Candy) but enjoyed the Fickles (fried pickles), the chunky fries and the poutin fries. The other 2 enjoyed their cheese burgers. Perhaps plain is best. Tip: If you do decide to dine here, the junior burger doesn't come with cheese but they will ask if you want it (you'll get charged 2 extra for the cheese). The John Candy doesn't come with sauce, again for the sauce, you'll get charged 1 extra. The Hayberry is a better option for burgers in Crows Nest.

If you are looking for a more relaxed pub in the area this is the place! It has great food and great beer especially if you are looking for that classic North American Bar food! Chicken wings, burgers, onion rings and great beer, the staff are very friendly. It can get quite busy on the weekends and sometimes can be hard to get a table. It's also family friendly!
