Fantastic service!! I went in looking to buy a small amount of carpet to line some shelves for my cats, Kai is so friendly and gave me some old samples for free!!!! I called earlier to their Chatswood shop before as well and the lady there was super helpful too. I would definitely go there when I need to re-carpet my apartment. Do not go to Carpet Call Artarmon. Terrible service. Big YES to Carpet Court!!!!

From the first contact with Hai & the team we were greatly impressed with the attitude, customer service & professionalism of all the team. Their range is the best in the area & they have a select premium carpet range not readily available in other stores. Carpet Court St Leonards did a really superb job for me and I am very satisfied at how my new carpet looks and feels. From my first visit to the showroom where I was shown a large range of options, I had the very highest standard of professional service and courtesy. The layers were excellent too and I am a totally satisfied customer.
Seamless installation! Dedicated carpet installers stayed back to complete the job on a Friday and left the place tidy, with furniture in place. The new carpet and kitchen floor looks fabulous. Very happy.
Terrific experience working with Hai who was really helpful and attentive. Special shout out to the installers Greg and Josh who worked incredibly hard and have a terrific attention to detail. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We recently had vinyl floor tiles installed and all aspects of the job went really well. The staff in the store were great and knew what they were talking about, the measuring process was smooth and the installers were great too. We are really happy with the finished floor and would recommend Carpet Court and will use them again next time we are changing a floor. Thanks!
Had them back twice. Since discovered, only part of the area where carpet replaced, there was new underlay installed. In other areas the underlay was not replaced. COVID hit and we did not want them back in the house. Paid for bad installation and also ripped off. Will never go back. Purchased under spouse name. Please do not contact me, it’s gone past that.
