I have been inspecting a variety of office spaces this week in the North Sydney / Crows Nest areas. Unlike much of the competition, Penny @ Excen actively listened to my requirements, demonstrated a "can do" attitude to produce tailored solutions, and at no time engaged in pushy sales techniques. I would highly commend directly contacting Excen (rather than go through third party providers who charge a referral fee) and having an initial consultation with Penny before making any final decision on your workspace needs.

Very professional serviced office environment without feeling too ‘serviced officey’. Always greeted professionally and with a smile from all the staff that run reception at Excen. Ideally located (hop, skip and jump from both Chatswood and CBD) as well as a minutes walk from all the funky bars, restaurants and eateries at Crows Nest.
Having been a tenant of EXCEN @ 119 Willoughby Rd, Crows Nest NSW since 2015 I'm more than happy to recommend their service. They offer a professional and friendly work environment at an extremely convenient location. I have been an internal and external client of Excen 119 for over 20 years, which should say all that is necessary about my confidence in their ability to provide excellent service. Under the present Centre Management of Lisa Zammit and with the tremendous backing of her fantastic Reception team it is always a pleasure to attend the office. The overall service and 'can-do' attitude is so much appreciated in what presents as a very professional environment .

Hired a room for an afternoon meeting with a client. Reception staff seemed more focused on answering calls than customer service. The meeting room was sufficient but nothing overly amazing.
Lisa and her team at Office 119 continue to impress me in each dealing I have with them. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the service they provide is exceptional!
