Our furniture was removed, floor laid and property restored with efficiency and care . Chris was unflappably helpful from start to finish Our new floor is a joy to behold. I used Floorworld Crows Nest for my recent renovation involving timber floors in a Herringbone pattern on the lower level and carpet on the stairs and upper level. So far so good. The staff at Floorworld were very good, answering my many questions and responding quickly to my few changes. The team of installers used were also very good with particular mention to the team that installed the wooden floor. They went over and above what was required and did a most excellent job. We are very happy with these guys. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful. They had a good range and were well placed. They turned up on time to quote and do the work and the installers did an excellent job and were very neat. Highly recommended.
Have to say, job well done! From speaking to Faez to book the job to the completion, everything was really professional. The carpet fitters turned up and didn’t stop till completion. Really polite, friendly and kept everything tidy also helped me move my furniture back. What a great team thank you. Oh and the fitting looks great!
Faez and all his teams (hard flooring, skirting boards and carpet) were great! Lovely guys, all arriving on time and cleaning up before leaving, couldn’t ask for better. The carpet guys were really terrific and so very careful with my newly painted walls and skirting boards, very much appreciated. Would highly recommend.
The guys at Floorworld did our floors 6 months ago. The floors looked really well and we were happy with the results. Unfortunatelly some of the scotia around the room got broken and we’ve been trying to get in touch with the team to get it fixed. They were not very responsive,my partner called multiple times and got promises that somebody will be sent to fix it but didn’t kept the promise so far. A week ago I would’ve sincerely recommend this company but now I’m disappointed with their customer service.As other companies out there, they are really nice to you at the beginning but once you pay them and they are done with the job they don’t care anymore. [UPDATE] The guys from Floorwold contacted us and they sent somebody to fix our problem. Thank you for that!
Faez and the team made getting our new carpet seamless. They provided great advice when choosing our carpet, turned up when they said they would, and the installation team was terrific. Removed all rubbish and cleaned up beautifully. Thanks a million Crows Nest Floorworld.
