Do NOT go here! Three customers in the shop and almost an hour later the saleswoman was still talking to the first customer - about transport changes happening in the area! Go to Barefoot Freedom at St Leonard’s for prompt and professional service, and a great selection of shoes.
Great selection of wide and deep (who knew depth was a measurement that mattered?) quality shoes. The sales person was an expert on fit and the shoes in general and was very helpful. I'll be back the next time I'm in Sydney.
I took my mother here for some shoes, customer service was atrocious, they had no clue what they were doing. The lady that served us was very abrupt and rude. It seemed like she didn't want us to buy the shoes - she had no product knowledge. Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Never going back there again.
