I’ve recently furnished most of my home with Bo Concept furniture pieces. Quite honestly they are very sleek, stylish and not to mention very contemporary and modern in design. I love the fact that all the pieces of furniture and decor that I purchased were very strong and sturdy. They are of top class quality money can buy. Well done to the design team at Bo Concept!!! On another note, I’d like to add a special mention to Ryan Stevens; Store Manager at the Moore Park Bo Concept store who has looked after me over all these years and provided me with an exceptional customer service experience. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have been back to Bo Concept again and again... Thanks Ryan...

The layout of our new place is tricky so we contacted BoConcept Crows Nest and booked an interior design assessment, Jackie came over took in account all our needs and requirements and prepared a few options. She dedicated hours to help us take the final decisions and to adjust the order to meet with our budget. We are super happy with the result and the service we received.
Bought an extendable dining table from BoConcept. Very impressed with the design and quality of manufacture. Super helpful staff. Some products are premium priced, yet the dining table we purchased was better quality and better value than many alternatives on the market. Will definitely consider BoConcept products again.
Super happy with the furniture and service Jack have given us. Jack was responsive, helpful, went out of his way to to assist even outside of work hours and even quickly fixed an issue with had with one of the fabrics with no fuss. Customer delight :) I’ll definitely be back.
We’ve had a pleasant experience with the guys in Crows Nest store. Our items were delivered to the store where we were helped with the assembly of the console table. The friendly stuff even helped to carry it to the car. Everything was delivered on time with no issues. Highly recommended.
We bought our dining chairs 5 years ago at Bo Concept and needed an extra 4 chairs to make up a set of 12. Bo Concept had my details on file and were able to order the same chairs and had them delivered to their showroom. The sales assistant helped me load the chairs into my car. Process was seamless and stress free. Easy peasy, I’m a return customer, great customer service and love the products. Highly recommend Bo Concept Crows Nest.
