Booked in a 75 minute treatment which was a gift from my bridesmaids. Drove 45 minutes in peak hour traffic only to be told they didn’t have my booking allocated and they couldn’t fit me in. They didn’t offer me any other services instead of the one I had booked, I left crying . Receptionist was standoffish and rude wasn’t willing to help me. Thankfully I managed to book into gymea and the treatment there was wonderful.

Bought a massage voucher for my boyfriend. One particular staff member was very rude and unprofessional. She had made derogatory remarks about his physical appearance. Really disgusting behaviour and especially when you pay good money. I'm absolutely mortified what was said and both of us will not be coming back here. Would also not recommend to anyone else, maybe try another Endota branch but I just hope no one else is subjected to such rudeness.
Absolutely delightful. From the service I received right down to the little details. The room temperature was perfect, the scent of the rooms was not overpowering and it was extremely peaceful. I loved it so much I have booked in again for next week. Highly recommended!

My wife and daughter had a voucher from a Christmas gift to get a facial. The staff were that rude... they walked out and took their business to the Gymea franchise where they ended up spending another 200 extra.
Recently a friend of mine undergoing treatment for breast cancer was asked to leave for fear the Endota Spa staff might "catch cancer". A very humiliating experience for someone who has had a dreadful year. Very disappointing
