Localized is definitely one of the best health food stores I've visited, produce so fresh and products beautifully shelved. It's so nice to walk into a store thats so well looked after and there's a reason why - great staff and an owner who cares about their store and their customer's experience. You can find produce and health food stores everywhere but you won't always find people who really care about their customers. 5 stars! Thank you Vince for making my day with your kindness and service.

Vince makes everyone who walks into localized feel right at home. He is incredibly knowledgeable, has a great range of organic products and always has a smile on his face. The Paleo brownies are especially incredible!!!

Went shopping there today for the first time and dean was so lovely. Good bread there, also a nice offer of sweet bread but its good to Call and ask if the bread is available. The coffee was amazing, too. Coming back very soon

From Brisbane but never miss visiting this shop when I am in Melbourne. Beautiful fresh produce and great selection of grocery items and fabulous coffee and treats. Vince is so passionate about healthy living and incredible customer service. Love the local angle too.

Wow what an amazing store with great organic products. Vince is such a wonderful and passionate guy who will do anything to make you feel welcome. Me and my partner got offered coffee and tea as soon as we walked in to this store for the first time. Definently worth a visit just to meet Vince! Help out and support this store in Richmond! Will be back for more grocery shopping!

If you haven't been here for your organic goodness you need to! Vince is the owner & he has put his heart & soul in to this place but not only that, he is one of the kindest people & it just makes me happy to go in to see him & my daughter loves him too. Go see for yourself :)

Vince was pretty rude to me and made dealing with him nearly impossible. When I order he pushes me to the side to serve other customers who enter the store after me....Literally tells me to move to the side and out of the way while he serves other people. Very rude and unkind to treat customers like this during a pandemic. I carefully select the store I support during this challenging time, and after this treatment will not return to Localized. I prefer Fredricks and La Manna for kindness and warm service.
