I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this pharmacy. I have been going for years and I have never been served with such disrespect as I was on Tuesday. I went in on Tuesday night and asked one of the girls for help finding a product and she was completely and utterly rude. Like I said, my experience at this pharmacy is usually excellent but this incident made me extremely mad. I come in for good service, not to be yelled at and be treated badly.

The pharmacists and staff are really friendly and personable. The prices are really good and love the reminder service if I have recurring scripts. Super convenient location for me and I like that they're open till late.

I always had a good experience at this pharmacy until this week. I went to pick up medicine prescribed by my dentist on 27/08/2020. The new pharmacist gave me 3 boxes of med without any instruction and explanation. Does he expect patients to know everything as well as him? Is this even legal for him to provide drugs without any explanation at the counter?

Pharmacy 4 Less Cranbourne West is amazing. Such a great little pharmacy in this small community. All the staff are always so helpful and kind. Always so friendly & everyone really takes an interest in getting to know us and our families. I always go out of my way to buy what I need from here and not the big supermarkets because of the great experience every time. Thank you Pharmacy 4 less !
