Very rude staff whilst printing. Went there late on Tuesday night and had to wait for a bit (no-issues). As i was running late for airport after waiting for good 10 mins to print a peace of paper, i requested the other lady and said if she can help by printing the paper. Meanwhile the lady who was in charge of printing yelled out saying she only has two hands, and i was not even talking to her. Big no no, this place is generally good but that particular lady was being very rude for nothing. Someone needs to teach that lady customer service 101.

Good customer service, however there's always a little wait for that. Products are pretty decent. Self serve option machines are sometimes down or don't detect your drives. Happy with the service, products and friendliness of the staff.

The staff members who I spoke to today were helpful and polite. It is a very trying time in retail and they are doing their best to still smile and do a good job. Really appreciate the help and service they are providing, amazing job!

I want to give a big shout out to Junior, who works in this store. I visited a few weeks back and wanted some advise on setting up my monitors to WFH, connecting my laptop, etc and a couple of weeks after to have a chat about monitor arms etc.. Both times he was patient, took the time to understand and provide amazing advise. Even though I was wearing a mask on my first visit (you know, Covid and all), he recognised me the second time (still whilst in a mask) and enquired how I managed with the monitors. Thank you Junior, for the amazing customer service, patience and honest good advise. Legend!!!

worst customer service raising voice to customers some attitude with female staff. ive been to office works in few other subs they are all gud except this one.. plz train your staff.. not coming bak again anyway...

Guess the customer influx on phone calls at 7am are crazy.. love listening to the phone ring for 2 hours.... never mind they just straight up dont answer phone calls. good luck bois (Cranbourne homemaker store)

Purchased a microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse from officeworks about 6 months ago and wanted to get a replacement due to a fault. I thought i may have to post this to microsoft and wait for a replacement from them directly. Staff member "junior" looked after me and after inspecting he has offered me a replacement or a refund. Happy with the customer service and this experience made me giving priority to officeworks when making purchase decisions in future as they are good with after sales.

Ask them to do price match in cranbourne store they refuse and later on same day other officeworks store did match price and i got good deal soo 1 star just for this store otherwise officeworks is best.
