Just writing my experience so that some one else would not experience the same stress. I have booked my 1st Ultrasound scan -Obstetric Dating with Marina Radiology Cranbourne on 3/12/2020 - 9:30am. Unfortunately on 3rd my booking got cancelled at 9:00am because the radiologist was Sick and i was sent to Burwood Instead and i had to go there alone because my husband couldn't reschedule his work. Again I had to do another scan today the 16th as requested, so i booked an appointment with them at 9:30am and surprisingly my booking got cancelled at 9:15am because the radiologist was Sick again and no appointment was given instead because they are fully booked that day.

I am the Physiotherapist working in the same building. I have been asked by my GP to get a US scan done for which I made an appointment at 3 pm (13/11/19) and re-confirmed by replying YES to the text msg. However, I turn up to be told that my appointment time is changed without my knowledge. I sacrificed one hour of my patient time for this appointment and the staff did very little to help despite the fault is being with Marina. Will never recommend to any of my patients,friends or family.
