Sam, the owner, has been looking after me and my family for a number of years. If you drop your car off, you'll find it in capable hands. Every issue I've ever had has been dealt with quickly and reasonably priced, with the utmost care put into it. And this is coming from someone who doesn't overly care about his car. If you have your own precious baby that you want looked after, this is the mechanics for you. 5 stars simply isn't enough.

A little while back I decided to try a mechanic recommended to me in the Cranbourne area instead of travelling all the way to Moorabbin to my mechanic of many years. Had my car serviced at this Cranbourne workshop & although the work seemed OK my genuine Buck folding knife that I'd had for 20 years was stolen from the driver's door pocket whilst the car was there. I know it was there when I drove the car to the workshop because it had always been kept in there as having it wedged in tightly prevented all the other stuff (sunscreen, torch & small rattly items) from, well, rattling. The minute I drove out of the workshops driveway after collecting the car the contents of the door pocket began rattling & the reason was that my little Buck knife that had travelled everywhere with me for decades was gone (stolen). I politely enquired as to where it may have got to with the workshop owner but was basically given the brush off. The only reason I didn't take it further is that the workshop owner is the long time mechanic of my partener & it might have become awkward. Today at considerable expense I replaced it with a new knife of the exact same model still available all these years later because they are that good, although it cost two & a half times what the original did 20 years ago. I work in a law enforcement related industry & catch thieving swine every day & will not tolerate thieving or those that engage in it. I simply cannot recommend this business to anybody as they obviously have at least one thief on the staff & the owner SAM refused to take any responsibility for the incident whilst my vehicle was in his workshop (as is a requirement of law) Just avoid this place, why would anyone take a chance with this business when there are plenty of honest/responsible mechanics around. DON'T RISK LEAVING YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS BUSINESS AS THEY HAVE HONESTY & RESPONSIBILITY ISSUES.
