You blocked me and ı am using different account Three months ago I have started to work with this company to build my first home. We have made some changes on plan and also some upgrades like tiles in all wet area etc. Then they told me they are gonna give call for tender appointment. On that day I couldn’t see changes in laundry self, linen etc. They said sale person didn’t put it on price list so they asked me extra money for it. They also didn’t put 8000 promotion changes on estimated quote. Their behaviour changed and they started to say sorry and promised to fix issues. They asked to sign prepared tender then they told me they will fix later. I told them if they don’t bring the right one I will not sign it. They asked me another 2 weeks. I have waited then they have changed my CRC person with new one. Unfortunately she also sent me the similar tender. Still they didn’t fix. again I asked them to fix it on email. Then they said another sorry to fix in couple of days. Then I went to second meeting they have changed price 10k more but still laundry was same. They jus added 8000 promotions. Again they said sorry and promised to fix it. Next day I put bad comment on Facebook page. Then they called me and they told me the general manager wants to talk to me. In first he tried to change my mind but I have lost all my trust. I told them I want my 2500 plus extra 2500 to pay another builder. Manager asked me if it is ok if I open phone and have witnesses for our conversation. I said ok and he tried to put me in a position that who tries to get by threatening them with money not to put bad reviews. So I said them I am not a person like them making money by manipulation. They are in it together to steal our money. Never again Simonds and don't recommend this builder to any one. Absolutely a nightmare our experience.
All builders are all the same they just want your money and poor quality homes
