Quote for very basic solar work did take ages to come through. Seems only keen to take very big jobs?

I had a 6.4Kw residential solar system installed by Rocky's mid winter of 2020. Pre-installation, Alan done a free on-site assessment of the property and explained my options in person, which was a nice local touch. The system was installed north facing using Phono solar twin plus panels and a sungrow SG5K-D premium inverter, and I must say it is performing exceptionally well even during winter. Peak days early September producing just over 35 kWh which shows great promise for summer & daylight savings and a testament to Rocky's team planning and correct panel placement. The install was performed over 1.5 days due to weather delays, however the installation team done a top quality job and were kind and courteous throughout. After sales staff were attentive to some post install teething issues (mainly Sungrow app issues) even during Covid-related difficulties. I highly recommend Rocky's for your solar installation, don't be fooled or tempted by all the dodgy facebook ads, you want a top quality installer like Rocky's who will actually be around to honour warranties in 10 years time! spend a little more and have faith in supporting local business in Gippsland.
Can recommend. Called to get quote from local provider. Rockies had a competitive quote and better quality components. Got rained out one day and no pressure to finish - stuck to quote and did a great job. Being local made it stress free!
We are getting solar with Rocky’s and we are sooooo happy with their service. Alan was very informative with our quote and as we are technically challenged Beth did all our paperwork for us. She was absolutely amazing and we want to say to anyone thinking of getting these guys to do your solar just go there. You won’t be sorry
Rocky''s Electrical were the best to fix my long running solar problem. Rang Rocky''s on a Monday, they were able to come the next day and check things out, and by Friday I had my solar fixed and generating yet again. Great job from friendly guys, thanks heaps. So don't do what I did and waste several weeks trying other large state/regional solar companies, only to be told they only do installations not repairs, or be given a phone number for third party workers that never call you back, phone calls, emails and SMS messages all unanswered. Save your breath and go to Rocky''s first.
It’s great to have a local company with a long history in the Gippsland area to turn to because you know they’re going to be around when you need them.
After multiple calls to this company to have two extractor fans to be hard wire and replace one existing shed light sensor light asked for one electrician, got two, what should have taken one electrician less than one hour, got a bill for 2.5 hours for two would not recommend this company for there service and charges which are over the top.
