Will never leave my puppy here. Greeted by a very unfriendly girl. No warmth, no care given. Shown to "the executive suite" smells like wee, because there's pee puddles all over the floor. I said sorry I think my pups had an accident and she said no that's from the other dog he's sharing with. Clean it up!! My pup was very nervous and jumping up on me. She didn't hold him or try and comfort him just walked out. I listened to my gut instinct and returned 15 min later to pick him up. He was covered in another dogs pee from the filthy floor. Forfeited the 100 deposit

I boarded my cat for the first time over the New Years period. I was advised I could contact as often as I liked to check on my pet, and when i did contact i was provided with a thorough description of my pet's behaviour and actions. Having previously worked in boarding kennels and pounds I understand how quickly an animal can put on or lose weight, however they succeeded in maintaining my pet's weight throughout the duration of his stay. The staff were friendly while still remaining professional and their dedication and passion shows immensely. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
I want to be fair here because I haven't used the services here. I visited to check it out to see if we would leave out pup here over Xmas. It wasn't for us. Pups kennels were concrete and wire. Separated for most of the day except for some playtime. The thing that threw me was I asked about minimum human contact times thinking that would be a priority. And it was like I had asked what the colour purple sounds like. The answer was something like "oh they do their best to get in there every day when they are cleaning and feeding etc". Definitely not for us. If i ever did something like this it would be somewhere which guaranteed human contact and play throughout the day. Its pricing was identical to pet sitters who take care of your pets at their house as well so I feel like that's a much better option. I realise this is a personal opinion but I am just being honest.

Board my staffy here often and he loves it. Always comes home exhausted. The staff are awesome and the grounds/premis are so well kept. Even get sent email updates from our pooch and they always let us know how he was/who he was room buddies with. 100% recommend
Just starting taking my dog Finn here, he loves it, plays with his friend Diesel and others. Beautiful grounds friendly staff, he comes home happy and exhausted from having fun.
Our Guinea Pig Whitie has stayed at Animal World Cornubia on several occasions. He loves it and even sends us emails to let us know how he is going. He also gets to watch the Bold and the Beautiful every afternoon. The staff are very nice and the booking process is really easy. Thanks for looking after Whitie so well. xx
