Joe and the team really looked after me when my rear diff blew out on my GOLF R. Always prompt with replies and keeping me up to date with everything. Really made me feel welcomed and a valued customer. The pricing was fair given the size of the job, I was actually pleasantly surprised when I got the invoice. I can happily say they have won me over - a Volkswagen service Centre isn't even in the same league as these guys! Thanks P&P Team and see you next time.

I feel welcome by these guys and enjoy going there even though I spend thousands at times. Have a Golf R and had service and few performance upgrades done and I'm very happy with it. Mike is a great guy and patient. I have emailed him countless times and he is always polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
These guys found what audi, and 3 other delaers couldn't. Easily the best I've dealt with and I have 3 supercars, so I'm used to problems that no one can fix .
I serviced my car couple times in their shop. Last time they advised upper timing cover gasket has oil leak and required repair immediately.But when i tried to get more details information they couldn't provide a good explanation. So I booked another service in Audi Center and clarified by Audi Center that there was no leaking at all. This is not the first time from my experience in their shop. They always tell you there are some problems with your car when you just doing normal service so they could earn extra dollar! I am considering of lodge complain to fair trading office .
Professional and friendly staff; quick enough turn around. Not the cheapest place, but you can be fairly confident of the work; so you get what you pay for.

Have used these guys for a few vehicles and they were always good except the last visit. Last visit I took my Merc for a service and was called during the day telling me they broke a pipe and told me the price to replace it. I would of thought this was something that they should of taken responsibility for as they broke it but I paid. When picking up the car (afterhours) they put the key wrapped in alfoil in my boot (was told id receive a call confirming where the key was but I didnt get a call) and the car alarm went crazy when I tried to enter my car with the physical key and blew my ears out and have since developed tinnitus in my right ear. Considering I had no idea where the key was it was lucky that the mechanics were still on site and one of them managed to retrieve the key. This kind of tells me they don't really know how Mercs work or atleast my Merc. So overall good experience with VW but I don't think they are the right choice for Mercedes.
