My wife's car, a 2003 Mazda 323 BJ Protege, needed a new window regulator (power window part). I contacted Mazda to get a price and availability for a genuine part...ouch too expensive...and they needed to source the stock from Melb (2 days freight). I found Sterling Parts online and within 10mins I'd spoken to the parts bloke at Coopers Plains in BNE and ordered online to save a little on the price. The fixed rate courier fee seemed expensive at 25 but compared to driving to Coopers Plains and back home it was cheap. The part was despatched late afternoon and it arrived before lunch the next day, that's excellent service in my book! Well done Sterling, the part went in easily, the window works like new (wife's happy) and 155 later the cost was minimal. Thoroughly recommend Sterling Parts to others. FYI - the pic of the old part below shows the wire cable had broken and tangled around the pulley.
