I went in February to cancel my subscription, someone quite rude answered me, made me fill out a form and told me that everything was ready. but in reality he did nothing and they keep deducting the monthly payment from my bank account. I wrote by mail asking for a solution and they just ask me to keep filling out more forms. this happened in Coopers plain's I Feel Good. Are the worst.

I have found that the people who come here are great and helpful. I joined near end October. I love the atmosphere able to come when its not overly busy. Good range of machines. The staff are very helpful and caring along with the knowledge. Wld recommend Sandie
