TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE ) I've had Webster packs done for myself for the past 15 years 10yr being with another chemist which I had an account with that was at Fernvale as I lived on 240acs at Wivenhoe Pocket and 5 years at another both of those trusted me calling up every fortnight to put money into my account. Priceline said that we should be able to work something out. After the Pharmacist's wife picked up my prescriptions and medications I went to start an account and the answer was no we don't do accounts so I found this to be very rude when they did that. Since then I've found a Chemist on the other side of the highway very nice people. And guess what I was able to start up an account. So in the end I'm happy.

The cashier is a nasty piece of work here. Don’t expect any courteous help or customer service from this treacherous woman. Seriously the management here need to review their front facing staff and take advantage of Job Maker - there is plenty of people looking for a job.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life!!!! The two ladies didn't say hello I had to ask for help and then they looked at each other and rolled their eyes . All they wanted is to do is go and have a cigarette as soon as I left you will continue to get bad reviews if nothing is done

Absolutely tiny! So Priceline have gone for a new small shop to save on overheads? But how can they make a decent profit when the stock range for a chemist shop is pathetic. This store is nothing compared to their Southport store. The 5 star reviews here look like they've been written by staff.
