Great service. Price was almost the same with other shops. The rental packages were of good quality, not worn out like others. We return our hire at 6pm.

This place has been here for years and the same great service remains. Good prices (lots of competition close by) but limited selections.

Best shop to rent snow gear before heading to Snowy Mountains resorts. Good deals and great customer service.

After a lovely meal on way down, we were late for pick up, they were obliging and offered quality products. We will be back next year the rack for gear on car is awesome as is the sock option to chains. Thanks for making our snow trip so enjoyable :)

They had the blades we needed but weren't straight about what the prices were or whether they would even have them as they'd booked in a school group to hire equipment, we ended up getting the children's snowboards from another shop and told them beforehand we were only getting the blades but that wasn't passed along to the staff who were passive aggressive and rude. They had a price sheet on display that apparently was not in the system and tried to overcharge us by 80. They also said the V bar would be 50 despite their own website saying it was free with hires. The ski boots straps kept loosening while in use on both pairs. Last night they called to tell us they were closing early and just to leave the blades at the gas station nearby today (closing early on a busy weekend with their website saying they closed at 10pm?) What kind of business does that? Then called again this morning saying the blades were due back yesterday despite us paying for two day hire and confirming they were being dropped off today the day before. Then tried to charge us for an extra day and were very rude. The only reason they kept some of our business after the price debacle was because they had the blades we wanted, but next time we will be taking our business elsewhere. Very shoddy business, not impressed.

They were helpfull with the snow chains but neglected to tell us that toboggans were banned from resorts, but were happy to rent them to us.
