We installed a pool recently with Narellen and are very happy with the result. The team went above and beyond for the pool to be ready before Christmas, which was earlier than they stated at the beginning before the build. After the pool was completed, they went through exactly what was used and what was left over, and whatever was left over and they could re-use, they took and we received a refund of these things after the pool was completed. Highly recommend.

I wanted to thank you all at Narellan for being so amazing in installing our pool. We are so happy with it and can’t wait for the warmer weather now to properly swim in it. Everyone has been incredible to deal with. Always happy people turned up and got on with the job. I have nothing but compliments for you all. We got the Serene in Whitehaven pearl. The colours are amazing.
We had our pool installed a year ago and it has been fantastic. Narellan were fabulous - professional and respectful of our property. Transparent pricing so no hidden costs. The pool was installed quickly and with no dramas. I’d definitely recommend you give them a go !

Fantastic company ! Friendly and knowledgeable team. Beautiful pool. We wanted a pool built with our new house but have never had a pool before, Narellan pools helped me through the whole process. The sales team were informative and not pushy, they gave me good advice as to what would be suitable and advised what upgrades were available but I never felt pressure to get the upgrades. The installation team were friendly, informative and flexible. They worked around my building company, rearranging times and dates and fitting me in at short notice. The aftercare team were also brilliant and spent a long time going over how to care for the pool properly. They really seem to care for their product. The pool , tiles and fence are of good quality and installed to a high standard. We are very pleased with our pool and I would highly recommend Narellan pools
We cannot reccomend Narellan Pools Sunshine Coast highly enough. Right from the start the communication has been excellent, and Andrew was really helpful in finding a suitable pool for us (which was a challenge as we had limited space and access). Every single person who has been at our place working on the pool has been excellent. They turned up when we were told they would, they have been friendly and polite and also have done a fantastic job. The pool has exceeded our expectations so a big thank you to all the team at Narellan Pools. Now we are looking forward to spectacular summer!
what a fantastic company to deal with from john the salesperson to any of the professional team that installed our pool a symphony 9.3 all staff were great and happy to share there thoughts on pools all work completed before time and dave the site boss was great easy to talk to and full of suggestions 10 out of 10 loving our new pool dont delay to talk to this company
